The 100G QSFP28 breakout AOC also known as 100G QSFP28 Splitter AOC or 100G QSFP28 Fanout AOC, it provides four parallel bidirectional lanes, each running at up to 25 Gbps. Utilizing industry-leading VCSEL technology, a new advanced light engine design, and OM3 multimode fiber, the AOC delivers excellent cost and performance value for 25G and 100G applications at distances up to 100 meters. QSFP28 fan-out AOCs can replace traditional 100G QSFP28 copper cables with the added benefit of a lightweight, smaller-diameter solution.
